Kutscher werd in een luchtgevecht gewond door F. Scharpe (Nieuport van 1 Sqn). Hij landde zijn Albatross D.III 777/17 G30 en stierf ter plaatse.
Hädrich was waarnemer van piloot Heinrich Horstmann. Hun LVG G81 werd neergehaald door James McCudden.
